Jenny’s personal training success story

Jenny Coburn came along to Fitness Matters Wollongbar in search of herself.

What she found in four weeks was a fantastic new body, mind and some great new friends.

Katy, Jenny’s trainer describes the change as,

“Phenomenal, her attitude and self esteem has dramatically risen, and she has made new friends here and continues to excel in challenges."

Throughout Jenny’s New Member Experience she lost a total of 15cm from her entire body and is now continuing her Fitness Journey with trainer Katy with one personal training session per week to keep her looking and feeling fantastic!!

Jenny encourages others to work hard and is now receiving encouraging support from friends and family about her great achievements.

Bev’s personal training success story

Uncomfortable back surgery and the inability to stand up straight was the thing that brought Beverly here to us at Fitness Matters in Wollongbar.

Katy, Bev’s trainer, describes the start of Bev’s journey as,”Bev’s posture was a leading cause of her pain and immobility. She was unable to walk from her house to the gym which is 200m!!
Bev’s improvement has been nothing short of inspiring. Her determination and drive has lead to so many overall improvements. Beverly now stands up straight, has lost weight and has a reduction in pain.”

Bev has a made a great group of friends here at the gym and loves both the exercise and social benefits of her membership. Bev’s training program involves massages and cardio and resistance bands to get great results for her stance and wellbeing

“Consult the instructors” is great advice Bev is giving to others and alsokeep trying is her favourite quote!

Bev now has a goal to walk 500m without stopping.
