Franchise selection process

Please note however, the Fitness Matters Franchise opportunity is definitely not available to just anyone. If you are interested, you will need to follow our Franchise Selection Process to ensure you are a match for our brand and business model.

The selection process is designed for both parties (the potential franchisee and the franchisor) to ensure they are a good match. The process involves the following steps:

1 Register your interest online;

2 Initial phone chat with our Franchise Selection Manager;

3 Information Pack will be sent to you;

4 Complete the Franchise Enquiry & Confidentiality Form;

5 First meeting / Franchise Opportunity Presentation;

6 Franchise Application Form, Due Diligence, Business Plan and $5,000 Refundable Deposit;

7 Second Meeting – Franchise and Disclosure Documents Issued;

8 14 Day Cooling Off Period;

9 Third Meeting – Sign Franchise Documents & pay a further $15,000 of franchise fee;

107 Day Cooling Off Period;

11Balance of Franchise Fee paid and Operations Manuals issued;

12Franchisee Induction and Initial Training Program;

13Franchise Pre-Sale / Start-up;

14Franchise Ongoing Support & Coaching Program.


Either party can terminate the above selection process at any stage if they choose. The timeframe will vary for each applicant. This period allows for you and Fitness Matters to fully assess each other to ensure the business model is a perfect match to your business skills, needs, goals and personality.
